De Toren Private Cellar, in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, invites you to meet, work, wine and dine in the estate’s exquisite conference facilities that offer panoramic views, tranquil surroundings and outstanding service.

The estate, which underwent a complete transformation before opening to the public in early 2021, warmly welcomes businesses to its contemporary boardroom for gatherings to strategise and collaborate while enjoying the luxuries of the Winelands.

‘Our team is at the heart of De Toren’s winemaking, so we understand the need for spaces that are both productive and rewarding,’ says Albie Koch, managing partner of De Toren.

‘Experiencing stellar views, canapé-style delights and award-winning wine during a meeting brings a certain zeal that we are excited to share with others.’

Located in the Manor House, the sophisticated, 12-seater boardroom is available for hire for meetings for those seeking the elevated agrarian atmosphere of the estate. The ground-floor facility, inclusive of a dining room, lounge with a fireplace, wine bar and braai-area next to a tranquil water feature, is equipped with the latest technology and fitted with luxurious finishes.

De Toren’s comprehensive facilities are available Mondays to Fridays with customisable packages, either full day or half day, that cater to any small gathering with the help of their team of highly trained staff members. It doesn’t have to be all work and no play (or vice versa) at De Toren – the estate works around your needs.

Package-specific inclusions comprise high-speed wireless internet access; the setup and hire of audio-visual equipment, a whiteboard; a supply of notepads and pens; beverages such as coffee, tea and water; teatime canapé-style snacks; breakfast and lunch as pre-selected from the menu of a professional chef; and a back-up generator in case of power outages.

With a glowing international reputation for producing luxury wines, it comes as no surprise that De Toren’s conference facilities are also a space where oenophilia and business converge. Why not end a hard day of work with a wine-tasting experience or a glass of the iconic De Toren Fusion V. the opulent Book XVII, or another award-winning wine?

Stuffy, impersonal spaces that are dreaded by most are no longer the norm for meetings – they’ve been given a Winelands makeover.
