Tito Mboweni, after visiting the Johannesburg city center, declared that the streets were dirty and embarrassing. He compared Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, to the streets of Johannesburg. He says the streets of Kigali are at least clean and beautiful.
The Vryburger can provide photographs to Minister Tito of Johannesburg and other cities before 1994 where everything was also clean and beautiful.
There is currently no city or town that is not embarrassing for sensible people, but apparently the ANC is happy to live in such filthy circumstances.
