WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – Russian Ambassador to Canada Oleg Stepanov said in an interview with Sputnik on Friday that including Russia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) on the list of sanctioned entities is absurd and promised that Moscow will respond to the new restrictive measures.
