During the farm attack that took place in Vlottenburg on 22 May 2019, in Stellenbosch, Western Cape province. The male victim attacked on his farm by by suspects armed with machetes. Suspects fled and were pursued by the South African Police. The SAPS reported that during the pursuit a Stellenbosch constable was shot and fatally wounded.
There is no other information available at this stage and there have been no arrests.
