Delft Family Violence, Children Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) seeks the assistance of the public in locating the suspect depicted in the identikit who is wanted for rape.
On 13 May 2018, at about 01:00 the victims (two females) were in Italian house shebeen in Delft South when they stopped a Grey/Silver Avanza and requested a lift to Khayelitsha. The driver agreed and whilst they were waiting for the one friend, the driver drove off with the victims in the car.
Both females were raped by the driver and his passenger. The suspects are unknown.
