The court ruling is: Elana Barkhuizen was illegally suspended and she can report for work on 25 January 2019. Judge Prinsloo has ruled that he finds no reason why her suspension is justifiable.

The judge added “he hopes all parties will learn from this incident and that officials will make decisions after matters have been investigated”

Now for that nice fat civil claim Elana?

Oh, and by the way Mmusi Maimane… when can we expect your apology and that of your useless DA Youth Leader?
