Moody's report sets redlights flashing for South Africa

Red lights are flashing in the South African economy after the latest report by Moody’s pointed to various elements that are unfavorable to the South African economy.

The report shows that there are concerns about government entities such as Eskom, Denel, SAA and SABC that are simply unable to operate profitably.

The constant rescue buoy to keep the entities heads above the water is one of the major concerns and has caused the red lights to flicker.

In addition to the inability to operate profitably, the report also shows that South Africa is apparently, under ANC rule, that they are not showing the will to grow the economy.
