Armed robbers attempted to rob the Post Office just after 08:30, on Jan Hofmeyer Road, outside the Westville Village Market mall in Durban, on 28 November 2019. A Westville policeman came under fire from the robbers. The result is one robber shot dead.
The video show a brave policeman taking cover from a volley of bullets, he then fires back killing one of the robbers. The robbers fled along Rodger Sishi Road towards Pinetown in a white double cab bakkie with registration ND 398 210 after the shootout.
