An inquest docket has been registered following the discovery of the lifeless body of Warrant Officer Nosipho Mphakathi.
The body was retrieved at Mzimvubu River near a known lodge in Port St Johns on Saturday afternoon, 12 December 2020 at about 15:00. The body was seen floating in the river by the owner of the lodge who raised alarm to the police. An autopsy will be conducted to reveal the cause of death.
