On Saturday, 12 February 2022 members of SAPS Temba arrested a 58-year-old man near Stinkwater for possession of suspected stolen live stock.
While out on patrol, the SAPS members noticed a suspicious looking vehicle with four occupants travelling towards Mmotla Village.
The suspect’s vehicle was intercepted and three men fled on foot, evading their arrest.
The members searched the vehicle and found four goats in the boot of the vehicle. One suspect was arrested and expected to appear in court soon.
