A farm attack took place on 17 October 2020, at 00:24, on a smallholding on Arabis Rd, in Kameeldrift West, Gauteng province of South Africa. Three attackers cut the fence and broke into the home where they attacked a man with a panga.
The man suffered extensive injuries to his fingers and hands as a result but is lucky to have survived the assault. He was transported to hospital after all role players in the area responded to the attack.
The attackers fled the scene with a TV, laptop, keys to the home and vehicle and the man’s wallet. Although the response to the attack was swift there were no arrests.
