NO WONDER “our people” STILL CANNOT READ OR WRITE IN GR12
So because we are stupid we need a 30% pass rate.
Because we only have a 30% pass rate (and are still stupid) we need laws like : no work experience needed to be employable…
So now we (the stupid, with 30% pass rate) get to educate the rest of the stupid out there…
