De Zalze Golf Estate axe-murder kids to inherit R200m

Marli van Breda and her brother Henri, the sole survivors of a brutal murder that claimed the lives of their parents and brother, are the main beneficiaries of an estate valued at about R200m.

According to the Sunday Times, a source, close to the family, said that top legal experts have been appointed to wrap up the estate of Martin and Teresa van Breda.

Martin was a successful businessman with businesses in South Africa and in Australia, where the family had lived until six months prior to their death.

Marli, who sustained severe injuries during the January attack was discharged from hospital last week and transferred to a rehabilitation centre.

She is a key witness to the murders.
