Rustenburg, South Africa — After more than three attempts in various rehab programs with no results, Lesedi Manye was proud to announce his graduation from the Narconon rehab program in Rustenburg. This has been the greatest transition I have encountered, and I am forever grateful to the Narconon staff, who have been like family to me. They have helped me go from being lost to finding my sanity and purpose.”

Lesedi’s triumph serves as a powerful reminder that no matter how dark the journey may seem, there is always hope for redemption. His success underscores the effectiveness of the Narconon program, which has helped tens of thousands of graduate’s worldwide lead drug-free, productive lives.

The rise in substance abuse, particularly among the youth, has reached alarming levels. Research indicates that the average age for initial drug use is declining, with many children engaging with substances as young as 12. Furthermore, between 2% and 6% of individuals admitted to rehab centers struggle with prescription medication addiction, with success rates at traditional facilities often falling below 3%, Narconon brings a staggering over 60% success rate in substance rehabilitation globally, which is what South Africa needs.
