One issue that constantly arises for leaders is the lack of correspondence with reality or social knowledge of the challenges their teams face to succeed. We may perceive reality but fail to confirm it in our judgment because of limited experience or knowledge of self. While leading a team, uncover the strength of your inner self and potential to be the best version of yourself.
