China’s maternal and child service B2B2C platform Hipac raised hundreds of millions of dollars in a series D round funding led by Anchor Equity Partners and followed by Hillhouse Capital. CYGNUS Capital was the exclusive financial advisor of the investment which would be used to expand technical team, improve supply chain system, iliteration and smart upgrade of offline shops, and the merge of premium brands.
Established in 2015, Hipac started as an overseas maternal and child service e-commerce platfrom. It connects upstream brands and maternal and child shops in third and forth tired cities. It aims to improve distribution, operation of new brands, and consumer operation.
