Two suspects, aged 41 and 52, will appear in the Wepener Magistrate’s Court after their arrest on Sunday, 21 December 2025.
Members of the Welkom Anti-Gang Unit and Selosesha K9 conducted proactive patrols in the Wepener area. They arrested the suspects and seized 78 boxes of dagga and 9mm live rounds of ammunition.
