
The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Tzaneen has initiated a manhunt for three unidentified suspects following the alleged gang rape of a 32-year-old woman in Motupa Village, Bolobedu South.

Location: Motupa Village, Bolobedu South, under the jurisdiction of Tzaneen SAPS.

Case Registration: Three counts of rape were formally opened at the Tzaneen police station.
Reported Circumstances:
The victim, a 32-year-old woman residing in Mareroni Village, was walking home when she was accosted by three unknown male suspects. The suspects allegedly assaulted her before repeatedly raping her, leaving her unconscious.
At approximately 06:00 the following morning, the victim regained consciousness and discovered herself half-naked and surrounded by unknown community members.
Police Response:
An intensified manhunt is currently underway to locate and apprehend the suspects, who remain at large.
