Two years after the fatal shooting of renowned rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend, celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, the state has declared itself trial-ready in the high-profile case. The accused remain in custody after being denied bail. The trial is expected to call witnesses, including patrons present at Durban’s Wish restaurant on the night of the murders.
