On Friday evening, at least six African male suspects, armed with firearms, entered a local business in the Nandi Drive area and committed a robbery. During the incident, the suspects assaulted the security officer before proceeding to steal multiple cellphones and electronic devices.
The suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a silver sedan, although their vehicle’s registration remains unconfirmed at this time.
KZNVIP Medics responded to the scene, providing medical assessments to multiple staff members and the security officer, who were severely traumatized by the robbery.
The suspects managed to escape and fled towards Kwa Mashu.
