Members of the Provincial Serious and Violent Crime Unit and Kraaifontein SAPS arrested two males and two females for extortion on Friday, 5 May 2023.
The arrests followed after the case was registered by the complainant when the suspects went to his workplace and demanded that protection money must be paid on a monthly basis.
The detectives conducted an operation at the business premises in Kraaifontein and arrested the suspects.
They are due to appear in the Blue Downs Magistrates court on Monday.
