The Clocolan police arrested a 58-year-old man in Hlohlolwane-Clocolan after receiving a community tip-off.
On Sunday, 16 October 2022, police received an intelligence led information about a house used to sell dagga to school learners.
The Station Commander together with Ladybrand K9 members visited the house and found loose dagga in two bags and sachets to an estimated street value of R16 000-00.
The dagga was confiscated together with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is expected to appear before the Clocolan Magistrate court on Monday, 17 October 2022 facing a charge of dealing in dagga.
