On Thursday, 9 June 2016, information about a suspect dealing in drugs at Pampierstad, Northern Cape was received by the Provincial Crime Prevention team.
A search was conducted at the identified premises and 97 mandrax tablets, 9 small plastic bags containing powder and 20 small plastic bags containing tik (crystal meth) were found and seized. The drugs have an estimated value of R125 000-00.
The suspect was arrested for dealing and possession of drugs and was detained at Pampierstad SAPS.
