Online Recruitment Platform Dajie Wang Raised 395 Million HK Dollar in a Strategic Investment by Meitu Company

Meitu made an announcement that it would buy in around 57.09% of Dajie Wang in the form of cash payment and stock issue. The total amount of this buy stood at around 395 HK$, among whic 52.53 million HK$ would be paid in cash. After this transaction, Dajie Wang would operate independently.  Meitu uses its edge in traffic to empower Dajie Wang and enrich its own value added service portfolio.
