There was an attack on March 25, 2015 at a farmhouse in the Toitskraal area outside Marble Hall. Two attackers were inside the house and an unknown number outside.
Residents were tied with cable ties but were able to raise the alarm.
The residents were luckily unharmed during the attack.
Farm watch members, SOS Response and WIPS quickly arrived on the scene. Tracks were followed by WIPS’s trackers while other roads were blocked.
Several Marble Hall neighborhood watch members also raced to the scene to assist.
Two suspects were quickly arrested and a third shortly thereafter.
More tracks were found and the search is still going on. A number of illegal Zimbabwean citizens were arrested. Orange groves were also searched for further suspects and tracks.
