MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on Tuesday dismissing Oleksiy Danilov as secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council and appointing current head of Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Litvinenko to the post.
