KHERSON (Sputnik) – The Russian law enforcement has prevented a series of terrorist acts in the Kherson region, including the one planned by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine during the referendum on accession to Russia, a law enforcement source told Sputnik on Thursday.
