MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights responded to requests from Russian government in connection with threats from the Latvian authorities against Russian citizens, but didn’t pay attention to the threat of criminal prosecution of Russian citizens, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova said.
