COMMANDER MAXIMUM
Former President Lula and seven others were denounced for corruption and money laundering. The prosecution claims that Lula received R$ 3.7 million (about 1,1 million US$) in bribes. The prosecutors classified Lula as COMMANDER MAXIMUM of the oil company Petrobras corruption scheme and said the PT governments have created a “bribecracy” of Brazil (a government based on bribes to perpetuate itself in power).
Prosecutors of the giant Brazilian bribe process said R$ 87 million (about 26 million US$) were deviated from three Petrobras contracts. According to the Public Ministry, R$ 3.7 million were paid to former President Lula in hidden fees.

In telephone to former president Dilma Roussef, the exformer president Lula fires his own opinion: “stick it up in the *** this whole process”.

In the video, before Mrs Feghali starts speaking, you can hear the ex president Lula bragging on the phone in the background: “that they stick up in the *** this whole process.”
In the foreground, Mrs. Feghali says: “We are here, you can see Lula here in the back. Lula is at the moment talking to the President of the Republic, and we are here with him. And he is very calm, very courageous, with a great capacity to fight and very,very stable in his informations here at the PT head quarter of São Paulo. He will give you news soon, we are here working together to mobilize the People.”
The video was recorded this Friday 16/09. In addition to the dirty talking in the background from Mr. Lula da Silva, the video showed the huge contradiction between the sweet report of Feghali and the real tone of voice of the former president. After realizing heer goof, Jandira deleted quickly the video from her Facebook page:
