MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Russian state-owned space corporation Roscosmos said on Sunday that a NASA delegation has arrived at the Baikonur Cosmodrome ahead of the first cross-flight in 18 months of a US astronaut on a Russian-made spacecraft.
