WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – Canada’s Minister of National Defence Anita Anand announced on Tuesday that Ottawa would be investing $1.4 billion ($1 billion) over ten years in refurbishing the training center of Joint Task Force 2 (JTF2), a Special Operations unit.
