MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s decision not to pay contributions to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) has been forced, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday, adding that Moscow will resume payments after respectful dialogue within the commission is restored.
