MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian state-run atomic energy agency Rosatom and its Turkish partners are discussing cooperation in construction of the Sinop nuclear power plant (NPP) project on Turkey’s Black Sea coast, Rosatom’s head, Alexey Likhachev, said on Wednesday.
