PARIS (Sputnik) – Members of the French upper house belonging to left-wing parties will submit a proposal to hold a referendum on the controversial pension reform bill on March 3 amid nationwide strikes, senator Patrick Kanner, representing the Socialist-Green-Republican alliance, said Thursday.
