It came to light that the ANC’s internal integrity commission had asked for ANC leader Jacob Zuma to resign a long time ago.
Zuma, however, refused to do this because he sees it as a way that the West is trying to get rid of him so that they can take over the country. He claims he is the last fortress that can prevent the hijacking the ANC. He would also betray the people and the revolution if he resigned.
