Mamphela Ramphele confronts an IEC officer carrying ballot papers, all marked in favour of the ANC. The caption with the photo read: “Citizen @MamphelaR busted an official with ballot papers in her hands. #IECMustAnswer.” Ballot boxes were not sealed at a station in Gauteng and an IEC official was found MARKING ballots in favour of the African National Congress.
South Africa is a “Democracy” but this violates each and every rule in the book about democracy. Intimidation and fraudulent voting are the tip of the iceberg. The ANC won’t let go of power cleanly or without a fight….
