A Stellenbosch woman was reportedly hijacked, gang-raped and left to drive home. According to the Cape Argus, the woman was hijacked at her home in the Stellenbosch suburb of Brandwacht on Monday night.
The hijacking happened while she was waiting for the security gate at her home to close. Two men appeared on either side of her vehicle and hijacked her.
“They pulled her out of the vehicle and dragged her to a vehicle parked in the street and drove away with her,” police spokesperson FC van Wyk said.
The women was then driven to a field by the three men in the car. A second car, the victim’s own, pulled up on the field. The four men then raped the 27-year-old woman.
The rape victim was reportedly told to get in her vehicle and drive home…
