The biggest irony of white South Africa is the complete reversal of political ideas and principles between “liberal” and “conservative”.
Under the term “liberal” is understood a person fighting for individual freedom, the free market system, a just judicial and political system, and non-racialism. Not in South Africa. The South African “liberal” is the neo-colonialist, neo-racist and champion of the socialist and communist political and economic system. The so-called “liberal” DA has no qualms in promoting land grabs, unrest on campuses, the downgrading of the Afrikaans language, nationalization of private property, name changes – and their notion of the “noble barbarian” has quickly turned into the “tame African embracing our way of life”; the Uncle Tom. Mmusi Maimane is acceptable as leader “because he is married to a white woman and behaves like a white”.
The “conservative” (the rightwing) in South Africa is actually the champion of individual freedom, the free market system, non-racialism through self-determination with equal partner status; and promoting self-actualization by fighting fallings standards and morals.
Ayn Rand, the liberal philosopher, said: “Do you know the hallmark of a second rater? It’s resentment of another man’s achievement. Those touchy mediocrities who sit trembling lest someone’s work prove greater than their own – they have no inkling of the loneliness that comes when you reach the top. The loneliness for an equal – for a mind to respect and an achievement to admire. They bare their teeth at you from out of their rat holes, thinking that you take pleasure in letting your brilliance dim them”.
“They have no way of knowing what he feels when surrounded by inferiors – hatred? No, not hatred, but boredom – the terrible, hopeless, draining, paralyzing boredom. Of what account are praise and adulation from men whom you don’t respect? Have you ever felt the longing for someone you could admire? For something, not to look down at, but up to?”
A quick glance at Facebook comments…and you’ll find that among the white rightwing. The utter disgust with the mediocrity of the multicultural government compared to a historically First World country up to 1994. It is easy to understand – 25% of the Afrikaner come from French stock of “freedom, equality, brotherhood”; the incentive behind the Vryburger, the Great Trek, the Anglo-Boer wars, the quest for a Republic.
It is sad when the white “liberal” in South Africa cannot actually grab the fact that he/she is the real racist, the real colonist, the real hoodwinked useful idiot.
When the “liberal” gets it wrong, he/she gets it completely wrong:
In 2009, Honduras experienced a coup d’état when the Honduran Army ousted President Manuel Zelaya on orders from the Honduran Supreme Court. What followed was succinctly summarized by Honduran attorney Oscar Cruz: “The greatest examples of libertarianism in action are the hundreds of men, women and children standing alongside the roads all over Honduras. The government won’t fix the roads, so these desperate entrepreneurs fill in potholes with shovels of dirt or debris. They then stand next to the filled-in pothole soliciting tips from grateful motorists.
“On the mainland, there are two kinds of neighborhoods, slums that seem to go on forever and middle-class neighborhoods where every house is its own citadel. In San Pedro Sula, most houses are surrounded by high stone walls topped with either concertina wire or electric fence at the top.
“Without collective effort, large infrastructure projects like road construction and repair languish. A resident “pointed out a place for a new airport that could be the biggest in Central America, if only it could get built, but there is no private sector upside.”
The “liberal multicultural policy” is a contradiction in terms. May those fools who still vote for parties such as the Democratic Alliance open their eyes in time to realize that they are destroying South Africa and the European population of South Africa!
