A farm murder took place on Wednesday 15 April 2020, at 21:30. Rienie Verster (85) was found in her home in Hoop street, Riviersonderend, in the Western Cape province of South Africa. She had been murdered during a farm attack where only food and cigarettes were taken.
Police made the discovery and are questioning a 38 year old suspect. There is no other information available at this stage.
