On Friday, 7 February 2020, they were found guilty on five counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping of a 20-year-old female in the Blue Downs Regional Court.

They were traced and arrested with another 21-year-old co-accused on Monday, 18 May 2015, the day after they gang raped the victim. The perpetrators used a firearm to threaten and kidnap the victim at around 01:00 the morning in Pedro Street, Wallacedene, while on her way home from a party.
