The lawful aspects of the secession of the Cape from South Africa have been complied with:

On 24 September 2017, King Khoebaha Calvin Cornelius III engaged in a legitimate and lawful ceremony of secession at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town. This ceremony was broadcast live on Conscious Consumer Network, an independent media network, and was completely ignored by the government controlled mainstream media.

On 16 July 2018 King Khoebaha Cornelius III legally seceded the Cape from the rest of the country. This was symbolised outside parliament after the handing over of a notice to vacate, when the South African flag was taken down from the flagpole in front of the National Parliament in Cape Town and replaced with the flag of the Sovereign State of Good Hope, the new seceded country.

Parliament in Cape Town was served with an eviction notice to vacate the property by noon 23 July 2018.

This was also completely ignored by the government controlled mainstream media.

A few days later the mainstream media started with a coordinated attempt to discredit The Sovereign State of Good Hope (SSGH) and its King Khoebaha Calvin Cornelius lll by:

  • Interviewing “experts” and apparently most “experts” feel that the Cape secession is only a cry for attention to the plight of the Khoisan people rather than a legitimate attempt by the King to split the country by interviewing anyone they can find opposing this legal secession.

Why did the mainstream media not interview King Cornelius lll?

Why was the King not afforded the opportunity to do an in studio interview or debate with the “experts” and KhoiSan groups?

A Parliamentary spokesperson reportedly also made ill informed threats of a parliamentary investigation into charges of high treason against those who replaced the South African flag at its capital.

Why was this not done in an official manner and why was it not published in any government news outlets?

This seems to be a coordinated effort by the South African government and mainstream media to discredit this legal secession in an attempt to suppress support?

This legal secession is not an attempt to get attention:

  • King Cornelius III served Parliament with an eviction notice.
  • The South African flag was taken from the flagpole in front of the National Parliament in Cape Town and replaced with the flag of the Sovereign State of Good Hope.
  • The King has been advised by the finest legal professionals from across the world.
  • The act of secession is a recognised lawful process in accordance with International Law, United Nations Law, and African Union Law.

If it were illegitimate, the government controlled mainstream media would be viewing the articles and television reports as acts of sedition, and the authorities would be pursuing the King on these grounds. The complete ignorance towards the secession process by the government and mainstream media, has given further weight to the fact that this is a real, lawful, legitimate secession process.

The act of secession is protected by international law. The South African government will be required to respond to this legal secession. This is a process that takes time.

The intention of the King is to complete the secession in a peaceful manner. As expected the South African government will try everything in their power to stop this and will check out all the documents to see if maybe just maybe they can find a loophole that can get them off the hook to comply.

This is like a court case. It can drag on because only when the South African government realizes that there are no legal loopholes and no way for them to get out of this or dispute it, will they concede.
