The execution of a search warrant during a crime operation in Franschhoek early on the morning of 10 January 2020, resulted in the seizure of 1446 mandrax tablets and 300 gram of tik with an estimated street value of R160 000-00.
The members of Franschhoek police station gathered intelligence of drug dealing in their area and directed their operation at the identified residence where the 26 year old drug dealer was arrested.
He will remain in custody until his court appearance in Franschhoek on Monday 13 January 2020.
