Cape Town police arrested a 48-year-old Nigerian national in Maitland on Saturday night for drug possession.
Officers found 1,078 Mandrax tablets and crystal meth in the house. The drugs have an estimated street value of R740,000.
The suspect will appear in the Cape Town Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
