Cape Town mayor Patricia de Lille is again threatening to go to court and the question being asked is, who will pay for all her court cases?
DA members in the Cape Town metro council have stripped her of her powers, except certain ceremonial duties, and she wants to fight this in court.
All the DA councilors voted for the motion and it was accepted by 137 votes to 50, but the opposition, led by the ANC, is now coming up for her.
Meanwhile, the DA strongly denies that its internal controversy is affects its support base.
