A 24 year old suspect from Mfuleni was sentenced to 10 years direct imprisonment for the rape of a 10 year-old child in his neighborhood during March 2016.
The suspect came to the house of the victim under the pretense of using gym equipment while the victim’s parents were away, and took advantage of the child.
The members from Kuils River FCS are committed and dedicated towards ensuring that they protect our women and children by sending the perpetrators of these crimes to prison where they belong.
The SAPS also encourages women and children to report such crimes so that our specialized units can deal harshly with their abusers.
