The police have arrested a co-accused black man, Thamsamqa Howard Sishiba, in Wolwedans, Western Cape as one of the suspects in the double-murders of couple Tewie and Eurika Human, 72 and 62 years old.
The police described the double-murder as having been ‘murdered with great cruelty.
The couple were stabbed and hacked to death with a knife and a machete on 18 June 2016 in their home in Sandhoogte road, Great Brak River.
Sishuba appeared Thursday on the Mossel Bay magistrate’s court reportedly facing trial for the double-murder.
The case was postponed to Friday to arrange legal counsel for the accused. He has not yet been asked to read to any charges.
