Police members attached to Crime Intelligence Unit and members from K9 Unit on 22 August 2019, arrested a 26 year old man after they discovered an illegal hydroponic lab at a farm in Zoute Rivier, Rondeberg Road, Rondeberg.
Police followed up on information and discovered a self-made full hydroponic lab with dagga plants worth R10 000 and illegal chemicals were seized by the members.
The suspect aged 26 is expected to make a court appearance once charged.
