A farm attack took place in Franschhoek in the Western Cape and was reported on twitter by Ian Cameron of AfriForum on 13 November 2018. Six suspects attacked and brutally assaulted a female victim with crowbar. Information is scarce at the moment but the woman has been severely injured, possibly also having sustained a broken leg due to the brutality.
The attackers stole a laptop, phones and then fled the scene on foot. The suspects were wearing balaclavas. Police are investigating and there have been no arrests yet.
