A farm attack took place on 8 July 2020, in Franschhoek, in the Western Cape province of South Africa. A man was woken by noises in the house and was then confronted by an attacker aiming at him as he was about to get up. The couple in the home were then assaulted and tied up. The attackers spent an hour in the house, stealing phones, jewellery, a tablet and laptops.
There is no other information available at this stage. Police are investigating but there have been no arrests.
