The Grassy Park police strengthened their relationship with the community yesterday, 14 May 2018, when they reacted on a tip-off about a scrap yard dealer in Dove Road, Parkwood, who is selling drugs from his premises. A search warrant was obtained and the premises was searched which led to the discovery of a large quantity of Mandrax tablets and tik with an estimated street value of R40 000.
Two men, aged 27 and 29, were arrested and once they are charged, they will appear in the Wynberg Magistrates’ Court facing charges of dealing in drugs.
